PATRIOTISM: THERE IS ENOUGH BLAME TO GO ROUND.

Professor PLO Lumumba said,”In Japan a corrupt person kills himself.In China, they will kill him.In Europe they jail him.In Africa,he will present himself for election.”

I don’t know whether these are all patriotic acts.Either on the part of the citizens or government.
What do you think?

There is enough blame to go round our country on why people behave the way they behave.Whether from the North,South ,East and West. Rich or poor.

Poor patriotic citizens from all parts of the country have been so abused, their sense of patriotism poisoned and humiliated by strangely classified patriots” in power to think that patriotically breaking laws of the land is wrong.

For instance,can patriots in power violate the laws of the land?

On the other hand can patriots out of power criticize their elected governments?

Can patriots do anything that harms their country if the leadership is bad?

Does patriotism mean absolute obedience to the laws of the land even when they are misgoverned.

Can patriots condone leadership by “staunch patriots” ,so called or classified, because they are in power and govern the country?It is assumed that they understand the country better.

Can de-radicalised patriots spy on the communities they returned to, and after a while,rejoin other patriotic bandits in the forest ,as it happened recently.Reason being that all the bargains with “staunch and core patriots in government,failed to keep their own side of the bargain?

Are the 110 soldiers who recently deserted the army patriots?

Can we patriotically accept their reasons, because they have no matching guns to face the terrorrists and bandits?

Can we accept the fact that they are patriotic enough to save their families from avoidable burial ceremonies?

Are those who sell during traffic patriotic by breaking the laws of the land to eke out a living?

Are such citizens patriotic even though they are patriotically breaking the laws of the land by serving other patriotic citizens who have been on the road because of traffic for hours?

Because in some of our cities you don’t always need google maps to tell you how bad traffic is.

It’s by the items being sold in traffic.
Pure water and chipsSoft drink, sussage.
Paintings , interior decorations bathtubs, dining tables.

When you see such,just know that you are getting home late.You can then buy plantain and put it on top of your engine to roast if you have a car.You can just keep the engine running.

Buy bottled groundnut and chilled bottled water,oranges and rest your mind don’t cause trouble, that is patriotism.

You can buy kitchen stuff and start cooking right there before someone else gets that business idea.At least vegetables are sold there .That is patriotism by becoming self employed in traffic.

There are dogs , you can buy to add to your security.

There are all types of painting,all types of kitchen tools ,large mirrors,chargers,slip ons.People sharing flyers, small chops and packaged rice.Jollof rice.These are patriots who are saving you the trouble of eating late against patriotic doctors advice.

When you see them selling mat,just know that you will spent the day in traffic. That is a patriotic information.Stop having migraines.

My patriotic advice is that once you observe such traffic ,just turn back.Don’t fight people or fight the traffic wardens.They are also patriots.What if there is no way to turn.
Relax.What remains now during heavy traffic is a barbing saloon.If you are to spend 5 hours in a journey that should ordinarily have taken minutes ,you can have a haircut.
Maybe some people can open temporary offices inside traffic,for essential purposes, what do you think?
