“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter—Martin Luther King Jr.
If you don’t write, talk and show what you know, nobody will know what you know.
Unfortunately many Nigerians don’t talk about basic issues that affect their lives , looking at our present political climate.
If the threats by bandits to ‘kill or marry’ the abducted students of the Federal College of Forestry Kaduna is true, then Govt loses its moral right to call the citizens to the path of patriotism ,
when it cannot stand for them when they are involuntarily on the path of danger.

How will minimum wage earners survive if they manage to receive their salaries,
if it ever comes at the end of every month.
What about the pensioners who are collapsing on queues.?
Nobody is saying anything,we are all just quiet and adjusting.
For how long shall this continue?
Is it when $1 becomes N1,000???.
Somebody like me is asking,
Where is Elephant cement?
Where is Eagle cement?
Where is Ashaka cement?
Where is Sokoto cement?
Where is Buham cement?
Where is Ibeto cement.?
Why is Dangote killing us with the price of his cement?
Where then do we run to?
If peace means keeping my mouth shut in the face of evil, then I don’t want that kind of peace.
This peace may lead to the graveyard.
The greatest obligation ,
apart from security of life of true leadership or government is to create avenues for transferable wealth to the next generation.
Not to keep generations perpetually indebted.
The common man as the saying goes seems to be unconcerned about the passage of time while the wise man,in this case ,the politicians are dubiously driven by it.
Saying that time is running out is to say the least.
No,it is you who is being slow about what to do with this politicians.
The wise man does at once what the fool does finally–Machiavelli.
Time will eventually pass for many of us,so better make use of it and your vote in 2023.
For our politicians,
“A fool thinks himself to be wise.
But a wise man knows himself to be a fool.—William Shakespeare.
BREAKING NEWS.
Chad’s President Idriss Deby killed in clashes with Northern rebels shortly after winning re-election,army says.
The army in Chad says President Idriss Deby died from injuries sustained in fighting at the front line.
This death came shortly after provisional election results projected that he would win a sixth term in office.
Chad’s Army has selected his son Gen.Mahamat Idriss who is a four star General to be the new head of State and the Head of the Military Council.
The US and its allies will be okay with the arrangement just like they have been ok with Derby’s 31 years dictatorship.(Strategic interest to be discussed sometime).
It is worth remembering that the General Muhammat Idriss who is succeeding his father as the new Chadian leader, executed four Army Generals at an instant and arrested another four including his father’s ADC.
